What books do you recommend?

I'm looking for a few books regarding the development of the Internet and (online) gaming as social media. I prefer to have something that doesn't focus on the technical side and instead focuses on the human side of it.

What books do you recommend?
"Microslaves" from Douglas Coupland.

The story is about a handfull programers from Microsoft, who start up their own company and are developing a new computer game.

And its all about the human side of it.
Reply:I haven't read it yet, but it sounds like "The World is Flat" might meet your criteria. It's a history of the 21st Century.
