It will depend purely on how your blogging software handles uploads. There's no hard an fast rule on this--different clients use different methods.





As a general point, tho, I'd advise against uploading a PDF as a standalone file. First off, you need to be sure that your users have a PDF viewer on their system, and also, for those on less than ideal download speeds, a PDF can take an absolute AGE to download. I'd therefore adivse placing the PDF into a Zip file (for instance) before mounting. You'll find that the download will be quicker (because the file is smaller), and that the streaming download issue won't happen for those on slower connections.
