Ladies,





Would you like it if all the Asian men just left the country? We Asian men try hard to make it in America, yet no matter how much we try we are always considered foreign. Is social status really that important to you? Thanks to media which is geared towards mostly white consumerism, we are considered the lowest status in the dating scene.





This is not about me being rejected by American women, I'm just tired of being treated as a foreigner in my love life, work life and out in public. I'm thinking of leaving this country. Your insight is appreciated. Thank you.

well, the one place in america where asians are dominant is.. HAWAII. its nice here and people are friendly and you wont be looked down on because you are asian. peace

I'm not Asian, and I think Asian guys are very attractive. I judge people on a lot of characteristics, but my knee-jerk reaction to a lot of Asian guys is that they tend to be a lot smarter than average. They tend to be a little more ambitious too. At least, that's my perception. (And good looking. DO let's not forget that many of them are good looking.)





There's exceptions of course, and I don't think ALL Asian guys are smart or attractive. But a lot of them are, to me at least. So if you're feeling rejected by American women, you may need to broaden your circle a little :)
Reply:Once foreign- always foreign. I've been treated the same way because of my foreign accent. If you can't accept the fact you are different you should stick with your people, or leave the country and go back home. Otherwise you will always be unhappy. Good luck.

Reply:If you're thinking about leaving the country because you're Asian maybe you should consider that girls might not like you for other reasons too (no offense). Most people are not racist but you need to just ignore the people who are. America is a great country and if you leave it you may have trouble trying to get back in. Don't go without seriously thinking about it.

Social status doesn't mean anything if you're happy together. lol, I highly doubt you're considered the lowest in the dating scene, I personally think Asian men are very attractive. I think it sucks you guys are treated as foreigners, but you know that happens everywhere. If I moved to an Asian country, I'd always be considered a foreigner. So, don't feel bad, and hey chin up, I'm sure you have a lot to offer someone, so don't give up :)

Reply:Stop being dramatic. You need to surround yourself with more open minded women. Why would you want to be with a woman who doesn't accept you? Maybe try online dating and chat rooms geared towards the liking of Asian men. Don't bet a quitter, everything will work out :)

Reply:Um, I don't know anyone like that so I can't say why you think you're the lowest status in the dating scene. Maybe you alienate youself by expecting people to treat you differently? Maybe you should move to a different area of the U.S.A.? I don't have a problem with Asians, nor would I have a problem with dating one if I were single and met someone who shared the same goals/beliefes etc...
