Do you think this world is over sexed?

Sex is too powerful an act to be taken so lightly. We have broken marriages, abandoned spouses and kids, single parents, STDs, Teen moms, suicidal scorned lovers, all which can lead to all sorts of social woes. All because of wanton sex. The media makes it glamourous without responsibility. Sex is great but sex no doubt and it shouldn't be so carelessly dealt with. Do you agree?

I agree!!!! I think its amazing how all these entertainment shows just talk about who's with who, and all that jazz. How all these shows (sex in the city, lipstick jungle,I know there are more) are just about casual sex. We've got JamieLynn Spears pregnant still doing a kid show. I remember when Ellen's show was cancelled because she came out. Now its the norm. People all around us take sex to lightly.

Both are precious - they must remain rare - if they are widespread such as they are just like meat in butchers' shopwindows, they loose all their strength, based on the power of desire - power of desire being based on intimacy and secret -





We are far from this - I'm not a puritan - not at all - I experienced a lot - but nothing can replace the right combination of love and body music -





The medias kill our societies through all aspects which are significant and should remain secret - everybody should achieve the next revolution which could be : switch your TVs out and stop being brainwashed - insidiously -





So your question : of course I agree - but I strongly believe in eroticism - not sure our positions are really 100% similar
Reply:I do agree that is why our public schools need to take steps to have a good sex and relationships program in place. Teaching only absitinence only accelerates the problems you are speaking of. These problems are from a lack of education about sex in young people.

Every man chooses his own world. At least the world within ones mind is entirely what one chooses it to be. So why blame the world if you find it oversexed? And there is so much of media to choose from - why choose the one that 'glamorizes sex'. As for relationships going sour due to - sex misunderstood - I think it is more due to the inability of some to create a congenial atmosphere within themselves - be it because of immaturity or because of illiteracy.
